Join us for our 2023 Hope Squad video contest! This year’s theme is Share the Hope!
As we navigate another school year together, we are challenging our Hope Squad members to Share the Hope through a video contest intended to encourage and inspire others on different ways they can spread hope throughout their community!
Sharing the Hope can be done in several ways: smiling at a peer in the hallway, helping a friend in need, or inviting someone to sit with you at lunch! These are just a few examples – the possibilities are endless!
How to Enter
If you are a current Hope Squad member, we want to hear from you! Share your interpretation of what it means to “Share the Hope” as a Hope Squad member in a brief 30 second – 2 minute video. Your video can consist of anything! Original music, dance, theatre, art, poetry, a short film, animation, a speech, or any other school-appropriate creative outlet!

- Upload a video.
- Complete all required entry forms.
- For bonus points, post your video to social media, use the hashtag #ShareTheHopeSquad and tag @hopesquad.
- We also encourage you to invite your family, friends, and networks to participate.
Video Judging Criteria
A set amounts of points are available in each category, totaling 100 points.
Extra points will be awarded for posts on social media (more details coming).
Message

- Does the video include elements that represent the themes, messages, and the mission of Hope Squad?
Content Clarity

- Is the intended message clear?
- Does the video convey the intended content successfully?
Creativity
20 points possible
- Is the video original and meaningful?
Production Value
16 points possible
- What is the overall quality of the production (including visual and sound elements)?

Grand Prize:
